If your appointement is cancelled within...
72 hours: your deposit can be transferred or refunded.
48 hours: your deposit can be transferred to alternative date within 28 days of your original appointement or deposit will be lost.
24 hours: your deposit will be lost and 50% deposit required for following appointement.
Terms & Conditions
In the event that you arrive 15min late for your appointment we will do my best to do your treatment, but will be a shorter version and charge the full price.
If your treatment is changed due to lateness, the charge made is for the treatment that has been booked.
As a small business Wellness 48 request a 50% booking fee payment when your appointment is made, to secure your booking and the remaining will be pay after the treatment, by card or cash.

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice – a 50% charge is made, same day cancellation and appointments which are missed completely will be charged at 100%.
Please note some allergies, injuries, skin complaints or infections may affect the treatment/treatments that we are able to offer you. I reserve the right to request a doctor’s note for certain health conditions/issues in cases of potential cross infection. We also reserve the right to refuse treatment until a doctor’s note has been obtained, in this case I will do MY best to offer an alternate treatment however on some occasions this may not be possible.
Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. The parent or guardian must fill out and sign the consultation card on behalf of the minor and be present at all times during the treatment.
Certain treatments may not be suitable for certain age groups and carry their own age limit. If we feel this applies to you, we will offer an alternative treatment where possible.
Wellness48 Vouchers / gift cards both bought online or on paper to be redeemed during the 6 months, cannot be extended, please make sure are used them before their expired date.
Lash and brow tinting requires a sensitivity test done 48hrs prior you appointment and cannot be booked as a sigle treatment, is an add-on your facial or body treatment booked.
To preserve a peaceful atmosphere I request that all mobile phones are switched off before your treatments.Thank you for your understanding.
